The overall experience here was great, starting from the moment we arrived; we really enjoyed the breakfast with a wide range of options and the characterful suite was prepared for us upon our arrival.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. its location was perfect. It was conveniently close to all of Marrakesh's top attractions, including the stunning El Badia palace. Plus, it was just a short walk away from the vibrant Jmaa el-Fna square. The hotel itself was a tranquil oasis amidst the bustling city, with comfortable rooms that had character and unique charm. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. The breakfast, featuring delicious traditional Moroccan food, was a delightful way to start each day.

Had a wonderful weekend in a hidden gem. Loved the helpful and friendly staff, who went out of their way to make us feel at home. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace was the best place to relax and soak up the sun. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, and the daily breakfast of traditional food served on the terrace was a delightful touch.

Although the winding streets were difficult to navigate at first, we eventually got the hang of it and found our way around the area. However, the lack of clear directions and information about nearby sites was a bit frustrating.

I am so glad we chose Riad Ciel D'Orient for our stay. The atmosphere was relaxing and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with delicious local food that we really enjoyed. We had a great experience exploring the Atlas mountains and Ourika valley through the tour offered by the riad. The staff, Oussama and Bashir, were very polite and always helpful. we had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is excellent, as it is quite near to the Jmaa el-Fna square and right next to the Bahia palace. Our family with small kids had an outstanding experience at a lovely property close to several attractions, including the magnificent El Badia palace and the vibrant main square. We were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room and bathroom, which were equipped with convenient amenities. the staff were incredibly hospitable and helpful, going above and beyond to provide us a fantastic breakfast spread every morning. the rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the city’s bustling square and charming streets.

There were some shortcomings with regards to the excursion we booked, which did not meet our expectations and felt overpriced.

We loved the hotel facilities, from the rooftop terrace with a panoramic view to the nice little pool where we could relax and chill after a busy day in this city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even giving us tips on the best places to go and printing off maps for us. The location is great being within walking distance of the historic center and the big square.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Bahia Palace and close to El Badia Palace. We were able to easily explore the main square in Marrakech thanks to the helpful directions given by the staff. The rooms had a unique charm and the basic amenities were provided, including air conditioning/heating. The breakfast each morning was a highlight, with a variety of traditional Moroccan dishes that were both plentiful and delicious.

No complaints, everything was spot on!

Our Christmas stay couldn't have been better! the staff was amazing, they gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit nearby. the complimentary hammam spa package and the freshly squeezed juice at breakfast were a nice touch. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square where we enjoyed the Christmas lights and the souks. We also had easy access to the city's main attractions. the pool was a great escape from the heat and provided a relaxing space to unwind.

Although it wasn't a big issue for us, the sounds of birds early in the morning might disturb others who like to sleep in. But honestly, this was more than made up for by the nice atmosphere and relaxation that the hotel offered.
